Abstract

This review provides an overview and scientific analysis of the published documents. The relevance of the publication is noted and the contribution of the author of the collection M.I. Weber to the development of the history of the Civil War is highly appreciated. The conclusion is made about the erroneous statement of Soviet historians who represented the rebellious Tyumen recruits in their writings as ideological fighters for Soviet power. The materials presented in the collection will serve as a source base for further scientific research.
